The shift knob is easy to install with pre-wired adapters provided and attached. Use black tape around the adapter plug to make a secure and tight connection. Please double-check the year of your BMW models to make sure it is left-hand drive with automatic transmission.

Q: Why is the OEM wire too short to connect to the new knob?
A: The OEM wire is secured in place with a clip and can be gently pulled out further to make the install easier.
